Healthcare Peer Group Launch: A Statewide Conversation Healthcare Leaders Can’t Afford to Miss

Healthcare leaders across Wisconsin are coming together to tackle workforce wellness, culture change, and clinician well-being—together.

This launch session is your chance to experience WCWI’s newest peer group before it becomes a WCWI member-exclusive community. In this conversation, you’ll connect with leaders who understand the pressures of healthcare today and are working toward solutions that support their people and their organizations.

Some of the themes we’ll explore together include:

    • Compassion fatigue vs. moral injury
    • Burnout and its root causes
    • AI and technology—helpful tool or new stressor?
    • Making well-being part of your culture, not just a program
    • Spirituality, meaning, and purpose in medicine

You don’t have to start from scratch, carry the burden alone, or figure it out in isolation. This peer group is designed to give you a place to share what’s working, learn from others, and spark fresh ideas you can bring back to your team.

This peer group is designed exclusively for professionals working within healthcare organizations—including hospitals, health systems, clinics, and other care delivery settings—who influence workforce culture and employee well-being.

    Ideal participants include:

    • HR / Total Rewards leaders in healthcare systems
    • Hospital and clinical administrators
    • Nursing leadership (CNOs, Nurse Managers, Clinical Educators)
    • Physician and APP leaders
    • Employee well-being, engagement, or experience leaders
    • DEI and culture leaders in healthcare organizations
    • Wellness committee or peer support program members within hospitals and clinics
Please note: This group is not intended for consultants, vendors, or professionals outside of healthcare delivery organizations.

Facilitated by WCWI members and supported by a WCWI Board member.

This launch session is open to all Wisconsin healthcare leaders. Future sessions will be exclusive to WCWI members.
