    Belonging in Action

Lead with Belonging A Co-Creation Lab

Help shape a practical leadership tool that makes belonging an everyday behavior.

This interactive, small-group lab facilitated by Beth Ridley, is for workplace culture, DEI, and wellness leaders who want to turn the work of belonging into something concrete. Together, we’ll co-create and refine a new toolkit designed to help leaders foster inclusion, trust, and connection through their daily actions—without adding to burnout.

You’ll walk away with a practical resource and a plan to bring it to life inside your organization.

    What You’ll Get:

    • Early access to a brand-new leadership toolkit before public release
    • Two live, interactive co-design sessions to shape the tool in real time
    • A 1:1 consultation with Beth Ridley to support real-world implementation
    • Recognition as a co-creator of a resource that will support leaders across organizations

    Who Should Join:

    • Senior Leaders: Set the tone for a culture of belonging and wellbeing across your organization.
    • Culture Professionals: Turn the work of belonging into something concrete.

    Why It’s Different:

This isn’t a training or a webinar—it’s a hands-on, high-impact co-creation experience. You’ll help build something lasting and actionable, and you’ll be the first to bring it into your workplace.

Space is limited to 6 leaders committed to embedding belonging into culture through everyday behaviors.

SafeTALK is a 4-hour training that prepares participants to become suicide-alert helpers. Organizations going through WCWI's Mental Health in the Workplace Certificate are encouraged to invite teams and leaders to participate in this training.

Individuals who deal with suicidal thoughts don’t usually want to die, and often give hints to people in their lives that they are formulating such thoughts. Without education, crucial players can miss subtle signals of need for help, which result in dangerous outcomes. Safe-TALK helpers are capable of recognizing such invitations and springing into action.

Over the course of their training, SafeTALK participants will:

    • Acquire the skills you need to identify and help a friend in need
    • Get trained in suicide alertness skills.
    • Learn to avoid the common tendency to miss, dismiss, and avoid suicide
    • Learn to apply the TALK steps: Tell, Ask, Listen, and KeepSafe
    • Become familiar with community resources and be able connect someone with suicidal thought with necessary help

    Training features:

    • Presentations and guidance from a LivingWorks registered trainer
    • Access to support from local community resource personnel
    • Powerful audio-visual learning aids
    • Simple, yet effective TALK steps: Tell, Ask, Listen, and KeepSafe
    • Hands-on skills practice and development
