Resource: Well Practice: WCWI's Inventory for Growth
Jessica Lehman, Director of Member Experiences
WCWI Well Practices:
As a wellbeing strategist, oftentimes you must flow between several competencies and skills to do your best work for developing and executing strategies for wellness at your organization. This flow between your competencies and skills will reveal a rhythm for your growth and development that is unique to you. Join this interactive and reflective MRG to learn how to use this resource to find your unique rhythm of competencies (Empower and Equip, Advocating, Leading, Unifying, and Connecting) and skills and commit to a path toward your growth potential. I will give an overview of this WCWI Well Practice and together, we will take the inventory of your growth by assessing your strengths and gaps in knowledge, skill, and ability. We will discuss our priority skills and reflect on our results. Growth is not comfortable, but committing to your own intentional and practiced development of competencies and skills will stretch you to flourish.
