Get to know a colleague in wellness, grow your network, and share your experiences!
The Wellness Council of Wisconsin is excited to revamp and relaunch a stronger, more effective networking experience for members in 2023. Previously, our Member Connections were a 1:1 connection opportunity offered on a monthly basis. We have listened to the voices of our members and are excited to announce a new way to experience WCWI's Member Connections this year!
Member Connections will now include a new option – the ability to be paired 1:1 or as part of a small group. When registering, you will be asked some additional information, such as the industry you work in and your time spent in the wellness role you’re in to better help us pair you with people that can help you on your journey as a Wellbeing Strategist!
Our last big update is that these connections will now be quarterly to allow more time to connect, meet in person, network, share ideas, and maybe even experiment with the new policies/ideas/procedures that you learn through your connection before you register for the next quarter's connection. Each quarter you can choose to be connected 1:1 or in a new small group. We hope these connections provide you with networking and learning experiences that help your wellness program grow and flourish throughout the year to enhance your WCWI Member Experience.
I enjoyed learning so much from (my group); what their wellness program entails, who in their organization leads it, how they promote activities, and what's working/not working for them. It was such a great conversation and very insightful.
