Summary:
The Executive Director, Occupational Health Services for Froedtert Health provides strategic and operational leadership for Froedtert & The Medical College of Wisconsin (F&MCW) employee occupational health programs and occupational health services for external customers (employers and staff). The Executive Director will form a leadership dyad with the Medical Director - Occupational Health to oversee all occupational health (OH) functions in shared services model. The Executive Director reports to the Froedtert Health Vice President - Employer Services. The incumbent will also be accountable to F&MCW Human Resources executives to ensure the services meet their needs and expectations. Responsible for maintaining compliance with regulations of licensing authorities and regulatory agencies at all applicable locations. Effectively manages the human resource needs at all OH locations. Oversees and is responsible for occupational health services performance and integration across the health system. Develops and implements strategic plan for occupational health to expand access and meet the growth objectives of the enterprise in collaboration with other employer services. Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Seven years of proven track record in a combination of leadership, planning, operations, program development and change management is required.
- Bachelor's degree in clinical discipline is required. Masters degree, preferably in business or health care administration, is required. If no masters degree, must be enrolled and actively progressing in an academic program, which will confer a masters degree within a three-year period.
Other information:
Ability to work effectively at all levels of the organization. Experience leading diverse teams and holding solid relationships with physician and key stakeholders is required. Strong analytical and problem solving skills. Strong interpersonal and communication skills to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization.
