*1.0 FTE is Full-Time, any position less than 1.0 FTE is Part-Time, and .001 FTE is Optional Part-Time*
 
*Positions with an "FTE" (full time equivalency) of  .875 - 1.0  are eligible for full-time medical, dental and vision benefits.  Positions with an "FTE" of  .5 - .874  are eligible for part-time pro-rated medical, dental and vision benefits*

Responsibilities:

Responsible for the day-to-day management of site or department based operations, staff and services. Monitors staff performance and workflow to ensure efficient, cost-effective and brand standard customer care. 
Leads operations and assures quality and staffing for all aspects of Workforce Health wellness services, including health appraisals, education, screenings, onsite health coaching, and related wellness programming. Supervises 50 + staff and manages operations and service delivery for numerous employer customers.  Partners with Employer Services leadership in strategic planning, program development and implementation of new services.  
Monitors staff performance and workflow ensuring efficient, cost-effective and brand standard customer care. Identifies opportunities for cross-training staff to optimize staffing in line with budget and business demands. Maintains cohesive, efficient teams to provide high quality patient care and services.  Supports a culture of health and builds superior staff engagement.  Collaborates with staff and leadership in establishing and maintaining standard process as well as identifying enhancements.
Responsible for preparing, monitoring and meeting departmental budgets.   Assures compliance with business and HIPPA requirements.  Assesses market conditions and adjusts operations as appropriate.
Supports the positioning of Froedtert Health as a trusted resource for employers, building awareness through directly providing and/or supporting presentations, reports and technology applications. Supports definition and communication of brand attributes to drive preference and loyalty among employers and their staff. Reviews employee and employer satisfaction surveys, resolves concerns and identifies improvement opportunities.
Clinical and staff supervisory experience required.  Experience with wellness software applications, EPIC, and related data systems preferred.  WELCOA certification desirable.
Attends professional and organization wellness events and represents Froedtert Health to build awareness.  Serves as active member of Froedtert Health leadership team and participates in committees or projects as directed.
Other duties as assigned.
 
Summary:

A minimum of 2 years demonstrated leadership experience is required.  Bachelor's Degree in Business, Healthcare, Nursing or related field is required.  Master's degree is preferred. RN degree is preferred. If RN, requires current state of Wisconsin Registered Nurse License or a Multi-state Nursing License from a participating state in the NLC (Nurse Licensure Compact). American Heart Association (AHA) Basic Life Support for the Healthcare Provider (BLS) or an AHA approved equivalent is required.

Other information:

Works effectively with leadership, contracted employers/employees and staff within a complex healthcare environment.  Epic experience is preferred.
