Location: US:WI:MENOMONEE FALLS at our CP-NORTH HILLS HEALTH CENTER facility. 

FTE: 1.000000

*1.0 FTE is Full-Time, any position less than 1.0 FTE is Part-Time, and .001 FTE is Optional Part-Time*

*Positions with an "FTE" (full time equivalency) of  .875 - 1.0  are eligible for full-time medical, dental and vision benefits.  Positions with an "FTE" of  .5 - .874  are eligible for part-time pro-rated medical, dental and vision benefits*

Shift:  1 

Responsibilities:

Under the direction of the Director of WFH Operations, provides leadership for the development and ongoing implementation for employer wellness programs. The Wellness Coordinator is knowledgeable regarding trends in the wellness industry and able to provide customized programs while still ensuring contract expectations are being met. Serves as an extension of the leader to promote high quality clinical analytics reports, meet customer requests and resolve any operational or design issues. Additionally, coordinates the work of the WFH team including prioritization of requests, maintaining timelines, consistency, accuracy and assuring validity of data. Other duties as assigned.

Summary:

A minimum of 3 years of employer/employee wellness programming experience is required. Experience with analytically challenging projects or health care analytics.  Experience as a licensed healthcare professional is preferred. Bachelor's degree in Health Administration, Health Promotion, Wellness, Business Management or related degree.  Master's degree preferred.

Other information:

Experience/training related to health and wellness.  WELCOA certification desired. EPIC experience desirable. Must demonstrate knowledge of data analysis and reporting. Must demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel, Excellent verbal, written communication skills, facilitation and presentation skills. Must demonstrate ability to effectively coach and mentor staff. Must be detail oriented with the ability to synthesize information from multiple sources; Comfortable providing input and alternate views in a healthy, constructive way. Serves as a resource to staff, providing oversight and direction to assure accurate and valid process and outcomes are delivered to meet/exceed contracted employer expectations.
