Occupational Safety Manager: Culver Franchising System, LLC

Culver Franchising System, LLC (CFS) is currently looking for an Occupational Safety Manager with a focus on Environmental, Health and Safety (EHS) to provide workplace safety leadership programs and processes, training and risk management solutions across the Culver's restaurant system.   

 

This position will be based at our CFS office in Prairie du Sac, WI on the beautiful Lake Wisconsin. 

 

• Manage Culver's Workplace Safety programs 

• Manage Workers Compensation program and Claims Management 

• Lead and coordinate safety, workers compensation, loss control services, OSHA/BLS injury and ergonomic programs. 

• Administer general liability, auto and property insurance claims 

• Develop, maintain and test crisis Management and business continuity plans 

• Conduct and develop content for Risk management and Safety Related training workshops and classes 

• Oversee CPR program, including train CPR/AED and First Aid certification classes 

  

• Bachelor's or Associate Degree in a related field; ideal candidates would have a minimum of 2 years related safety management experience  or equivalent combination of education/experience 

• Safety Certification or Professional Designation (ASP or CSP) is preferred or future pursuit of certification/designation 

• First Aid, CPR/AED Instructor certification or successful completion within first year
