Positions with an "FTE" (full time equivalency) of .8 - 1.0 are eligible for full-time medical dental and vision benefits. Positions with an "FTE" of .5 - .799 are eligible for part-time pro-rated medical dental and vision benefits*

Froedtert & MCW Community Physicians is currently recruiting a

Medical Director of Retail Workplace and Wellness.

The administrative office for this position will be located at the North Hills Health Center in Menomonee Falls located approximately 16 miles north of downtown Milwaukee in Menomonee Falls Wisconsin. The Medical Director of Retail Workplace and Wellness manages clinical teams to advance care delivery to achieve measurable improvement and best in class efficiency and effectiveness with a consistent patient centered focus. The Medical Director will lead the Advanced Practice Providers at the six FastCare retail locations and 12 workplace clinics. The Medical Director reports directly to the Executive Medical Director and is required to maintain a clinical practice. We are looking for an experienced physician leader comfortable managing APPs with a demonstrated ability to lead by example effectively communicate with diverse groups promote shared accountability facilitate change and a clear focus on results to help grow this well supported market.

Qualifications:

Must obtain Wisconsin Medical Licensure.
Minimum of 5 years of clinical practice preferably Family Medicine or IM/Peds.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a leadership role in a medical practice or complex physician organization is required. Leadership experience should include direct management of providers.
Board certification in a medical specialty required
Experience working with Advanced Practice Providers is preferred.
