HR Wellness Intern
  • Assist with Wellness Programs & Initiatives
  • Assist with the design, promotion and implementation of company-wide wellness campaigns focusing on one or more dimension of wellness for Associates and their families
  • Assist with the upkeep of fitness centers, ensuring safe and clean facilities and equipment, stock supplies and coordinate the maintenance of fitness equipment and facilities.
  • Administer Grande’s fitness reimbursement program and track utilization
  • Perform research within health and wellness areas to include including but not limited to: health promotion, disease prevention, fitness, nutrition, stress management, mental health and financial well-being
  • Provide hands-on engagement with participants including programming (i.e. wellness challenges) and health coaching
  • Create and distribute health and wellness communication using all available resources and clean up other communication avenues
  • Track and measure program outcomes and evaluate data to communicate
  • Assist with the coordination, communication and promotion of Grande's Annual Health Risk Assessments
  • Assist with facility job assessment project (measurements, reporting, documenting and providing feedback)
  • Assist with the Health and Wellness Variable Compensation Goal in creating the Healthy Workplace Initiative
  • Prior group exercise training is desirable. Personal Trainer or Group Exercise Instructor certification preferred from nationally recognized program (ACE, NESTA, NASM, ACSM, etc.)
  • Prior business/office experience is desirable
