Healics is a wellness company working directly with employers to provide health and wellbeing programming for company employees. Healics is a Milwaukee based company with clients located throughout the U.S.
Our health examiners travel to work sites to complete biometric screens. Health coaches provide result consultations and continued support if needed.
As an Account Executive, you are the primary client contact and responsible for providing exceptional customer service. Responsibilities include meeting with clients to determine needs, working with Healics sales, processing, billing, scheduling and account manager personnel to design a wellness program to meet client needs, communication with client throughout the wellness event process, training clients on report reading and scheduling, resolving client concerns, report creation and presentation.
This is a task oriented role where time management, ability to prioritize, creative solution finding and outstanding communication skills will lead to your success. Knowledge of well-being programming and insurance will make you a more viable candidate. A minimal amount of travel to client sites is included in this role.
The Account Executive is a full-time, salaried position. Benefits include health, dental, vision, life and short-term disability insurance, employee stock owned plan, PTO, paid holidays and options for long-term disability, critical illness and accident insurance.
POSITION REQUIREMENTS - Qualifications/Requirements:
- BA/BS in Health Promotion or related field
- 3-5 years of account management experience
- Strong presentation and communication skills
- Fundamental understanding of employer wellness and employee benefits
- Focus on results and high work ethic
