Account Executive - Clinics

LOCATION: Milwaukee, WI

  • Acts as a strategic client and company advocate to the mutual success of both the client and Healics
  • Takes ownership of the client relationship and day to day client requests and needs
  • Prepares and presents clinic utilization data to the clients at monthly and quarterly clinic meetings; follow-up on all action items identified in meetings
  • Works closely with client contact for successful development and implementation of clinical programs and services. Works closely with Clinic Team to ensure Implementation Plan is delivered on time and on budget
  • Participates in monthly clinic staff meetings to act as a liaison between Client and clinic staff
  • Maintains expertise in employer wellness, employer medical clinic and employee benefits industry in order to understand service offering and changing environments
  • Presents at kick-off meetings, clinic grand openings, and open enrollment meetings
  • Develops and provides effective communications and marketing coordination for successful clinic implementations and to support ongoing utilization
  • Demonstrates high client engagement; must be able to lead meetings, present ideas and monitor project scope and performance
  • Reviews and analyzes clinic utilization reports with Clinic Team to ensure performance is meeting pre-set standards
  • Works closely with Clinic Team and clients/broker contacts as necessary for clinic contract renewals and other services as needed
  • Interacts with and answer questions as needed from the Wellness Services departments to ensure seamless transitions and expectations of the client are met
  • Is knowledgeable and proficient in multiple internal IT platforms including but not limited to HI3, eCW, Deerwalk, HAAL and Canva
  • Follows all standard operating procedures in regard to Protected Health Information (PHI) in compliance with HIPAA regulations
  • Demonstrates a visible working style and act in a manner that is consistent with and shows commitment to the Healics Core Values
  • Execute other duties/projects, as assigned
POSITION REQUIREMENTS -  Qualifications/Requirements:
  • A Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Health Promotion or other health-related field preferred
  • A minimum of 2 years previous experience in account management or customer service is required
  • Excellent communication/presentation skills and ability to build relationships
  • Experience working in a healthcare setting preferred
  • Proficient computer skills, including but not limited to outstanding knowledge of MS Office
  • Self-motivated and resourceful with proven abilities to multi-task and operate successfully
  • Highly organized and proficient individual that can work quickly and with little direction
  • Work under deadlines and time pressures with minimal supervision
  • Enjoys a fast paced and challenging work environment
  • Maintains complete confidentiality and a high degree of accuracy for all work performed
  • Ability to work effectively as a team member and cooperate in achieving company goals
  • Problem solving ability to seek solutions using appropriate methodologies
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills and ability to effectively interact with persons from a variety of backgrounds and experiences in a professional, diplomatic, and courteous manner
  • Ability to sit or stand for long periods of time
  • Be able to travel as necessary and work a flexible schedule
  • Maintain a valid driver’s license, reliable transportation and car insurance
