WCWI Members: Request for Proxy Vote!

 

As an order of business, the Wellness Council of Wisconsin’s Board or Directors recommends three individuals to be elected to join the Board. WCWI received an incredible response to our 2018 request for Board member nominations. We are honored that there was such significant interest from our members to become more involved with the organization. 

 

This was our largest review of nominations, with over thirty individuals who expressed interest and seventeen individuals who formally applied for the position of leadership and service on WCWI’s Board of Directors. Each nominee brought a unique perspective, experience and skillset and it was a difficult decision. The Nominating Committee works diligently to ensure that our Board is representative of WCWI’s membership including diversity of industry, workforce, size and regional location; as well as inclusive of a variety of viewpoints, expertise and experience. Most importantly, we welcome leaders who will advocate for WCWI’s vision and mission throughout the state, and those who are dedicated to the continued growth and impact of the organization. 

 

During the review process, we gave significant consideration to the current needs of the organization and the Board. From the thorough review and discussion over the past several months, the Board formally recommends to the members of the corporation that the following three individuals be elected to WCWI’s Board of Directors:
