The Revitalized Learning Circle Series

A Development Course for the Well-Rounded Wellness Professional

The WCWI Learning Circle series has been a steadfast learning opportunity for nearly 1000 professionals since 2012, providing a wide range of topic-focused trainings and a networking environment where wellness professionals collaborate on their personal and organizational goals with their local peers.

As the industry continues to evolve, it’s important that we continue to evolve our trainings as well. We are excited to offer you an enhanced Learning Circle series for 2020 that will further reinforce a well-rounded development for employee wellbeing through four uniquely focused learning experiences:
Session 1:
Each Learning Circle series will kick off with a professional development and skill building session. This interactive session will empower you to learn a practical skill that is critical to the multifaceted role as a wellness practitioner.
Session 2:
The second session will be training on a transformative topic intended to help you in evolving your initiatives into a culture-focused wellbeing strategy. This thought-provoking session will be strategic, giving you information and support needed to be leader and influencers in your organizations.
Session 3:
The third session will dive deep into a new and emerging trend in the employee wellness industry.  This informative session will be a chance to explore ideas and discover how the industry is evolving, with reference to research and organizational innovation.
Session 4:
And, the fourth session will be your opportunity to learn from their peers through storytelling of examples and interactiion with Wisconsin employers who are successfully addressing the needs of their employees and aligning with their employee wellbeing strategies with their overall organizational strategy.  This final session will highlight aspects of the previous three sessions in a real world example.
We are excited to offer this revitalized approach to the Learning Circle series and hope you will be joining us for the quarterly series in 2020!
