The Heart of Financial Wellness Begins Here

Our first regional workshop is in the books!
 
The Wellness Council of Wisconsin and Francis Investment Counsel – along with our gracious host, U.S. Venture – held a half-day learning session in Appleton last week. Our topic? Bringing financial wellness to the workplace! We were joined by wellness professionals who (as usual) were ready to roll up their sleeves, share their ideas, and learn from others.
 
As a group, we pulled together the pieces of financial wellness. We explored current trends, identified important metrics, uncovered service providers, and discussed key elements of successful implementation. We were excited by the group's intentions to incorporate financial wellness into their corporate cultures and overall benefits strategy. Plus, we made sure to include some "brain breaks" – we needed them after all that creative thinking and sharing!
 
We couldn't help but notice that the passion of your wellness peers mirrors the passion our organization has for helping employees with their money.
