Racine Metal Fab, Ltd. and Core Creative, Inc. added to America's Healthiest Companies

Wisconsin’s newest Well Workplace Award winners did just that. The Wellness Council of Wisconsin (WCWI) and its national affiliate, WELCOA, recently presented its coveted Gold Well Workplace Award to Racine Metal-Fab, Ltd.; and its Small Business Well Workplace Award to Core Creative, Inc. By achieving the Well Workplace Award, these organizations have made a long-lasting commitment to the health and well-being of its employees.

The Well Workplace Awards initiative is driven by a rigorous set of criteria outlined in WELCOA’s seven benchmarks to a results-oriented Well Workplace. Since its inception in 1991, over 1,000 organizations, ranging from educational institutions to non-profit and profit sectors have joined the list of “America’s Healthiest Companies” by receiving the Well Workplace Award.
Founded in 1985 by the Wisconsin business community, WCWI has grown from nine founding companies to over 700 members who represent 500 organizations throughout the state. All who are impacting the wellbeing of over 435,000 employees today. In addition, Wisconsin has over 120 Well Workplace Award-winning organizations as well as seven active Well City projects: Well City Fond du Lac, Well City Fox Cities, Well City Milwaukee, Well Oshkosh, Well County La Crosse, and Well City Racine, and Well County Sheboygan.
On a national level, WELCOA has 5,000 member organizations located throughout North America and is highly regarded for their innovative and results-oriented approach to workplace wellness.
