Thank you to Erin Buenzli, Director of Wellness and Recreation at Lawrence University for sharing this tool in an effort to help other WCWI member organizations create supportive workplace environments. The President of the University convened a Committee on Wellness and Recreation (WELLU) in 2009, charged with evaluating and providing wellness programing on campus for faculty, staff and students. The team is made up of the Director of Wellness and Recreation, a human resources representative, campus nurse and 4 at large staff members. The committee provides awareness, education and incentive events on campus as well as oversees all opportunities for wellness on campus. They serve 605 employees and survey on a regular basis to determine programming needs.
