This year at our 28th Annual Worksite Wellness Conference, we offered our first ever WCWI Member Panel experience. During this session, we were able to highlight 5 employers that together, encompass a diverse set of organizational traits that span the state of Wisconsin. From this session, attendees were able to glean valuable insight from the wellbeing strategies of MGIC, Marquette University, Wisconsin Department of Employee Trust Funds, Goodwill of Northcentral Wisconsin, and Bellin Health. We explored topics that spanned from culture, leadership support, building trust, built environment and overall wellbeing strategy.

How can I gain insight on this session's content?

Over the next month, we will be highlighting each employer through an Expert Interview format. Due to the high participation during our Conference session, we received an abundant amount of questions that were left unanswered! We feel that it is crucial to answer these questions and our panel agrees! Stay tuned, as our panel will address these questions through an Expert Interview medium. You will be able to find this resource on your WCWI Member dashboard in December!
