Let's Continue the Conversation!

This year at our 28th Annual Worksite Wellness Conference, we offered our first ever WCWI Member Panel experience. During this session, we were able to highlight 5 employers that together, encompass a diverse set of organizational traits that span the state of Wisconsin. From this session, attendees were able to glean valuable insight from the wellbeing strategies of MGIC, Marquette University, Wisconsin Department of Employee Trust Funds, Goodwill of Northcentral Wisconsin, and Bellin Health. We explored topics that spanned from culture, leadership support, building trust, built environment and overall wellbeing strategy.

Here's the even better news...the conversation does not end here! These crucial conversations are just the start of what’s to come! Based on our attendee feedback, we’ve heard your request for more!

Take a peak at the questions below to see what we have in store for you over the next several months.

How can I gain insight on this session's content?

Over the next month, we will be highlighting each employer through an Expert Interview format. Due to the high participation during our Conference session, we received an abundant amount of questions that were left unanswered! We feel that it is crucial to answer these questions and our panel agrees! Stay tuned, as our panel will address these questions through an Expert Interview medium. You will be able to find this resource on your WCWI Member dashboard in December!

How can I take part in these progressive discussions?

Look out for a virtual regroup with our panel employers as they will sit to answer your questions and engage in a statewide conversation to provide strategic insight into wellbeing in Wisconsin! Please fill out the interest form below if you want to save your spot for this live webinar.

How can I make this relatable to my organization?

Throughout 2019, we will be highlighting each employer through an in-depth Case Study. Our hope is to provide you with a clearer lens into how wellbeing is actively being addressed at these organizations and how these employers continue to evolve their strategies to create deeper and more meaningful employee experiences!
