How Three WI Employers are Creating Physical & Psychological Safe Workplaces

July 2020

Creating a Physically + Psychologically Safe Workplace During the Coronavirus Era

Helping your employees return to the workplace, safely and confidently, during the coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic is no easy task. Especially when the connection between safety, wellbeing, and critical thinking has never been more interconnected. In WCWI’s statewide Wellness Amid COVID-19: Follow Up Survey, 52% of the respondents stated they have re-evaluated their employee wellbeing strategies in response to COVID-19.  Many of whom are refocusing their wellbeing strategies on meeting mental health.

In July's Member Resource Group, wellness practitioners across the state explored the strategies we can bring to life in support of our employees’ physical and psychological safety.
