The theme of “Designing Places where People Flourish” is a topic that is close to our hearts at Schroeder Solutions. It has been wonderful to see the transition in employee wellbeing from being focused on physical health to a full cultural movement that intentionally supports the whole person.
As a working mom of 3 young boys, it has become more and more important to me over the years that “work” and my “workplace” in particular is a place that I look forward to going to each and every day. And, as a leader at Schroeder Solutions, it is very important that our employees feel the same way – that our workplace is a place where they can flourish, be fulfilled, and have a purpose.
