Building Inclusive Environments

"We must ask the question; is how we structure our program encouraging and inviting or are we making members feel excluded?" This was my favorite question that came from my interview with Molly Heisterkamp, Disease Management & Wellness Program Manager for the Wisconsin Department of Employee Trust Funds.
