Check out these 3 key takeways:
- Your wellbeing initiative plays a prominent role in assisting employees with living their best life. The way you communicate wellness needs to be supportive. You must ask the question; is how we structure our program encouraging and inviting or are we making employees feel excluded?
- Wellness champions are key influencers when it comes to delivering a supportive message and building relationships at their workplace.
- It is imperative to align your employee wellbeing strategy with your overall business strategy. One way to do that is to facilitate cross functional meetings to collaborate on and work toward your shared vision of population health and wellbeing.
