"Connected: A Whole Person Approach to Wellbeing @ Work"

Live Webinar: Thursday, June 27 at Noon

Speaker: Rachel Druckenmiller, BA, MS, Director of Wellbeing, Alera Group

Despite our society’s obsession with physical health and companies’ enthusiasm for initiatives like weight loss challenges, many of us and the employees at our companies are not well. Our traditional view of health is missing something. We are facing alarming rates of obesity, diabetes, heart disease, burnout, disengagement, anxiety, depression, loneliness and suicide. To address those escalating issues, most organizations have determined that workplace wellness programs are the solution. If we just incentivize people to be well and give them the information to do it, they will change. Knowledge is power…right?

Maybe not.

Join us for this webinar with one of WCWI’s 2019 conference speakers, Rachel Druckenmiller, as we explore what it looks like to take a whole person approach to wellbeing in a way that is more strategic and less technical.

This webinar will be a great precursor and introduction to concepts that Rachel will elaborate on at WCWI’s 29th Annual Employee Wellbeing Conference in her Skill Building Session: The Transformational Power of Social Connectedness at Work.

Micro-Influence as an Organizational Culture Change Strategy

Live Webinar: Tuesday, August 20 at Noon

Speaker: Maggie Gough, RD, Founder and President of Realize Wellbeing

Imagine your workplace with each person holding a light. You can see employees talking but cannot hear what they are saying. As they interact, the lights they are holding get a little brighter.  Imagine that the light beams out of the windows.  And at the end of the day, each of those employees carries that light home, to their families, and to their community. Now, imagine the reverse – as people interact, their lights get dimmer or go dark.

Every employee has an opportunity to positively contribute to creating a thriving organizational culture. The science of micro-influence can drive healthy connection among colleagues, managers, and leaders. Join us for this webinar with one of WCWI’s 2019 Annual Conference speakers, Maggie Gough, as we explore what it looks like to use micro-influence as a culture change strategy.

This webinar will be a great precursor and introduction to concepts that Maggie will elaborate on at WCWI’s 29th Annual Employee Wellbeing Conference in her Skill Building Session: Creating Collective Responsibility to Culture.
