We EMPOWER AND EQUIP people leaders and wellbeing strategists through professional development and growth opportunities.

Our mission at the Wellness Council of Wisconsin (WCWI) is to empower employers across the state to prioritize the health and well-being of their employees through innovative, evidence-based wellness programs. As the premier nonprofit organization dedicated solely to this cause in Wisconsin, we serve as a catalyst for positive change, fostering a community of connected employers committed to transforming the workforce and cultivating a culture of wellness where every individual can thrive. We partner with local experts and national organizations to curate supplemental learning opportunities like online courses, certificate programs, and other unique experiences that enhance your professional development.
