We are looking for presenters who will provide a Keynote session to energize and empower wellbeing professionals and Wellness Council of Wisconsin members. Speaker proposals are now being accepted for the first annual WCWI Member Celebration: WCWI’s Night to Unite at the Hilton Paper Valley hotel in Appleton, WI on September 19, 2023. This event gives you the opportunity to position yourself as a thought and practice leader in the industry and network with hundreds of Wisconsin employers including: senior management staff, human resource directors, employee benefit managers, corporate medical staff, and wellness team members.  

The evening includes an insightful keynote presentation, panel discussion, networking, and the opportunity to earn continuing education credits. In addition, this event is an opportunity for our team to recognize new members, our Board of Directors, WCWI’s Partner and Experience Sponsors and celebrate another year of collectively transforming Wisconsin’s workforce. 

About the Wellness Council of Wisconsin | The Wellness Council is the only nonprofit organization in Wisconsin dedicated exclusively to helping employers design results-oriented wellness programs to maximize the health and productivity of their most valuable asset - their employees!  


The Wellness Council of Wisconsin (WCWI) invites you to submit a proposal to speak at our member celebration: WCWI's Night to Unite at the Hilton Paper Valley Hotel in Appleton, WI.  

For over 35 years, the Wellness Council of Wisconsin has been a community creating change through our collective passion for what we care about: transforming the well-being of Wisconsin’s workforce. During WCWI’s Year of the Member, we want to celebrate our incredible members during a night full of inspiration, recognition, and connection.Take advantage of the opportunity to share your expertise on employee wellbeing and network with over 250 like-minded professionals.

  • Demonstrate engaging and motivational components relatable to members from all industries and organizations.
  • Highlight the power of connection and community
  • Highlight at least one of the Wellness Council of Wisconsin’s Guiding Principles and emphasizing WCWI’s Unite and Build Connections competency.  

WCWI prioritizes speakers that demonstrate the following:

  • Established ability to engage attendees
  • Expert knowledge and experience on the topic of the submission
  • Willingness to connect and network with attendees throughout the event
  • Ability to motivate and inspire the audience through the presentation
  • Commitment to partner with WCWI staff during the event planning process
