Chuck Gillespie is the CEO of the National Wellness Institute. He has seen firsthand the importance of connecting people, processes, and strategies. His work in the wellness industry has been recognized and utilized nationally and internationally. Over the last 20 years, Chuck has developed and led workplace and community initiatives, as well as evaluated and consulted with hundreds of organizations on wellness strategies. He is a former business executive with responsibilities that included leading workplace wellness efforts that resulted in a substantial financial and cultural impact to the company. He has spent time in the classroom teaching for Purdue University, Indiana Wesleyan University, and Indiana University. Chuck attained the highest wellness industry designation of Certified Wellness Practitioner (CWP) in 2019.
Chuck’s passion for helping others thrive is hard to miss. He has been recognized as a Friend of Wellness by the Fisher Institute for Wellness and Gerontology and as a Beacon Community Champion. Chuck was presented with the Hulman Health Achievement Award and accepted the Heathy 10 award from the US Chamber of Commerce Foundation for his leadership in the development of the Indiana Healthy Community Initiative. Chuck holds an undergraduate degree from Purdue University and an MBA from the University of Indianapolis.

Trained in engineering and management systems, Mr. Quinnies started his career developing artificial intelligence, automated process planning, and intelligent networks in the aerospace industry. Afterward, he served as COO for a metals manufacturing and distribution firm, playing a pivotal role in its successful growth from $20MM firm to $100MM with multi-state operations. During this time, Mr. Quinnies developed industry-leading health, safety, IT, quality, sales, and productivity management systems. He implemented his first incentive-based wellness program in 1992 resulting in a 4:1 ROI. After a successful exit involving a multi-competitor roll-up and NYSE IPO, he stayed on as Chief Quality, Safety, and Health Officer for the $2.0 billion dollar parent company, managing 100 locations nationwide.
Before co-founding US HealthCenter, Mr. Quinnies operated a consulting company for Quality, Safety, Health, and Life Sciences. His largest client was IBM, contributing to an international pharmaceutical lifecycle management practice and system currently being sold to international pharmaceutical companies.
Mr. Quinnies is currently the Chairman and CEO of US HealthCenter and is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the Company including personnel, client services, financial decisions, software development, and sales management. Mr. Quinnies earned his B.S. in engineering from the University of Wisconsin-Stout.

Becca is responsible for the strategy, design, implementation, and evaluation of Baird’s comprehensive well-being program. She manages and promotes the program which is strategically designed with a holistic view in mind to improve associates and their family’s health and well-being in all areas of their life. Our philosophy is to strengthen Baird's position as a great place to work, focusing on attracting, motivating, engaging, and retaining associates. We do this by providing innovative solutions that support associate’s life, career, and future.
Becca has her Bachelor of Science degree in Economics from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and over five years of experience in Wellness program management. She currently serves on the WebMD and Gympass Client Advisory Boards.
Obesity Medical Liaison

Dr. Hoddy is an accomplished, highly knowledgeable obesity subject matter expert with training in exercise science and dietetics. Complementing a decade of clinical research in obesity and weight management therapies, she also has experience from the health and fitness industry as a former performance consultant and corporate wellness director. She is passionate about brining awareness to the importance of obesity care and strives to facilitate real-world application of cutting-edge weight management therapies. As an Obesity Medical Liaison with Novo Nordisk, Dr. Hoddy delivers valuable education and resources to a variety of stakeholders and decisions makers to enhance understanding of the complexities of obesity. Through her work, she hopes to open discussion around the importance of obesity care.

Treo Wellness
Dr. Karlie Intlekofer is the co-founder of Treo Wellness and is a Global Research Scientist who focuses on health and well-being. She is a published neuroscientist and exercise physiologist, and applies evidence-based practices to help others achieve lasting behavior change. Karlie is driven to integrate evidence-based practices into initiatives that help others discover their healthier lifestyle.
