Day 2 | Conference | Wednesday, Ocober 12, 2022 | Wisconsin Center | Milwaukee, WI

An in-person networking and learning experience for Wellbeing Specialists, People Leaders and Culture Creators.

Registration is now closed for this event.

WCWI’s four guiding principles hold us all accountable to create meaningful, impactful, and sustainable employee wellbeing strategies. The principles emphasize a mindset that positions the wellbeing of your people as the ultimate outcome and they form a frame for bold action. To be bold is to take risks, to be confident and brave, and to go beyond the usual limits of conventional action. As the future of work continues to unfold – infused with the complexities and experiences of the world around us – let’s boldly unite with these four principles and strengthen what tomorrow looks like for the wellbeing of our people, our organizations, and our communities.

WCWI’s Guiding Principles:

  • Believe in the significance of wellbeing
  • Craft the narrative
  • Cherish growth
  • Bravely act together

Join us at WCWI’s 32nd Annual Employee Wellbeing Conference: Believe. Craft. Cherish. Act. for an inspiring learning and networking experience where you will build connections with your WCWI community, hear stimulating keynotes and session speakers, and share in inspiring and imaginative ideas with mainstage “change the narrative” talks modeled after a TED talk-style experience.

Join us for this inspiring 2-day learning and networking experience with two nationally-recognized keynotes and four skill building sessions. This year, WCWI’s premier event is back with our pre-conference day 1 and full-conference day 2, plus WCWI members-only networking, a brand-new TedTalk-like experience, and the opportunity to view archived sessions and content after the event.

“I remember my first WCWI Annual Conference – I left that first conference thinking ‘why didn’t I know about this sooner.’ It was one of the best conferences I’ve ever been to. And ever since then every single opportunity with WCWI I have left energized, motivated, and passionate, and really reconnecting with why.”

– Jenniffer Price-Lehmann, Fox Valley Technical College and member of WCWI’s Board of Directors

WCWI's Change the Narrative Talks are a new experience for 2022!

As the future of work continues to unfold - infused with the complexities and experiences of the world around us - WCWI's Change the Narrative Talks will highlight individuals who have ideas or stories that describe boldness, bravery, and are beyond the usual limits of conventional thinking and action for employee wellbeing. They will also expand upon and showcase the mindset of WCWI's Guiding Principles in action.

WCWI believes that as a field, we must reframe wellbeing through a wider and deeper lens and that will contribute to employee wellbeing being valued as a fundamental strategy and business priority for all organizations. Through the Change the Narrative Talks, the brave and innovative voices of our members and leaders and experts in our field will actively change the narrative of employee wellbeing.
