I believe a workplace culture rooted in belonging, positivity and purpose is essential for business success. That’s why I combine my 25 years of corporate leadership and management consulting experience with my expertise in diversity and inclusion and positive psychology to partner with leaders to improve team dynamics and workplace behaviors so they can fully realize the vision and goals of the organization. I also inspire and equip people to be their best and bring out the best in others with my podcast series, keynotes and The Brimful Life positivity products.
My approach to helping clients draws upon my varied experience working for start-ups to Fortune 100 companies and my global experience living and working in London, Tokyo, Johannesburg, Bangkok, Boston and New York City. I also have a broad educational background that includes a BA in English Literature from the University of Virginia, a MA in International Relations from Tufts University and an MBA from Columbia University.
At home, I fill my life to the brim with joy and meaning by spending time with my husband and three kids and with running, speed skating and watching cooking competition shows on TV which is ironic because I really hate to cook. And just like the clients I serve, I’m continuously trying to learn new things, fail forward and practice gratitude.
