A select set of methods are explained in principle, including how it might be applied or offering case studies of it applied in practice. If you are an effective change agent, this workshop will provide you with a rich resource of ideas and initiatives that you can deploy to become even more effective at creating a change-ready environment.

In this session you will:

  • Enrich your understanding of the details of influence methods and their application.
  • Explore 16 methods (from the total 80 in the Four Powers resource database) to give participants a deeper understanding of how they work, why they work and how they can be applied in the context of wellness.
