Incentives may have initially taken the form of the club or whip but luckily, most programs have evolved into something that is, at least, kinder, if not effective. We want employees to be engaged and incentivized but this seems harder and harder to accomplish in today’s multi-generational, short attention spanned, distracted, transitioning workforce. This session will take a look at concepts to create incentive plans/programs that drive engagement and retain and attract talent. Participants will also have the opportunity to share what has and has not worked within their organizations.
- Effective communication: why it should reflect your organization’s brand.
- Organizational goals: Do your employees understand the organization’s mission? Do they know how their job fits in with that mission?
- Survey creation: why a carefully crafted survey can give you the insights you need to design a successful incentive plan/program.
