About Verve, A Credit Union:
Verve challenges the status quo to better serve the needs of others – their members, their team members and the community. People helping people is what credit unions were founded on, and it’s what Verve lives and breathes. They are not the average financial institution and they wouldn’t have it any other way. Verve supports their community members and their team members with a dedication to make the community a better place to live, work, and worship. They view their team members as superheroes and their wellness program is one of the primary ways they support their people to do their best work.
Along the road to building Verve’s wellness program there have been many bumps, bridges, roadblocks, and beautiful vistas. Julie Ortman will bring you down that road and share all of the stops along the way as Verve worked to build a healthier, happier culture of wellbeing. This session will highlight several factors that helped Verve progress their wellness strategy. Julie will tell Verve’s story and leave you with a plethora of ideas to create the biggest impact for your organization. So bring your super hero vibe and get ready to take a road trip to wellness!
