This session will explore the concept of spiritual wellness as an interconnected part of total wellbeing. You will learn several ways to define spiritual wellness -- is it a sense of meaning and purpose, your energy and drive, your core values, or what makes you feel fulfilled? You will learn how this concept can be translated in the workplace and how to begin strategically connecting spiritual wellness within your own organization to foster employee wellbeing. You’ll discover how spiritual wellness impacts stress and mental health and how a proactive approach toward integrating spiritual wellness within your culture, can positively influence other health and wellness behaviors and experiences.
