ABOUT JESSICA RADDEMAN:

Jessica joined Willis Towers Watson in 2017 as the Health & Wellness Director joining the Health Management team. She provides well-being and health management consulting and expertise to Willis Towers Watson clients. 
 
Jessica provides client consultation to develop, implement and evaluate health management solutions focusing on optimum benefit integration, data analysis, strategic planning, program design, lifestyle management, and vendor choice. She believes in a total well-being approach to population health management integrating all aspects of work and life including: physical, emotional, social, financial and health care consumerism.

 

 

ABOUT BETH STEWART:

Beth joined Willis Towers Watson in 2010 as a Health Management Consultant for the Health and Benefits Practice. She supports clients by providing well-being consulting and expertise to Willis Towers Watson clients.  
 
Beth provides consulting to internal staff and clients regarding the design, implementation and evaluation of worksite well-being programs. She provides guidance regarding incentive program design, strategy and implementation as it pertains to employee benefits and benefit plan design. She assists clients with data analysis, business planning, vendor selection and helps with internal professional development in areas related to worksite well-being. She has spent significant time as a presenter on a variety of well-being topics.

A dynamic leader with solid Corporate Wellness management and education experience, Meredith has a passion for motivating individuals within companies to be the best they can be. By applying her exercise and sports management background, her love of workplace culture and her passion for positivity and people, she is highly motivated to lead others and help them become the best possible version of themselves in a real and relatable way. ABOUT JUSTIN GEPHART:

Justin Gephart earned his bachelor’s degree from Eastern Michigan University in Physical Education and Health Education. He obtained his Personal Trainer Certification through the National Academy of Sports Medicine and worked as a group exercise instructor and personal trainer in Monroe, Michigan. He earned his Master’s Degree in Public Health for Health Promotion and Education from University of Toledo. He is also a Certified Health Education Specialist.

As a Community Health Educator for a Native American tribe in West Michigan, Justin provided various educational sessions and presentations along with leading multiple education and employee wellness programs. He moved on as a Health Promotion and Performance Specialist for one of the leading health systems in Michigan performing employee wellness duties for two DTE Energy power plants. Additionally, he has spent time as a Health Coordinator for a Head Start program servicing low income families in Toledo, Ohio.

Justin started his own podcast titled Cultivating Health in February of 2018. Wellness Employee Solutions, LLC was started in August of 2019 with the hopes of bringing his expertise in the field to businesses so they can increase the health and well-being of their employees while minimizing costs and maximizing productivity.

These calls will be offered in the off-months, when we don't convene as a group. Our hope is to bring a pure networking experience to these calls to simply create space to connect. They will bring together your entire Learning Circle network, inclusive of all three regions. You can register for one or multiple calls. You will need to register separately for each session if you would like to attend more than one. We look forward to continuing in statewide conversation with you.
