Google, General Mills, Aetna and Goldman Sachs, many wellness leaders are exploring similar programs for their own organizations. In this talk, you’ll learn about how organizations are defining and teaching mindfulness, the common and unique workplace challenges they are designed to solve and some important considerations you should make before undertaking your own program.

Dana Lobocki, MA, Owner|Consultant Mind-Groove, LLC is a Human Resources consultant with 20 years of experience in Fortune 500 manufacturing and professional services industries. Dana’s clients include Johnson Controls Inc., RW Baird and Quad/Graphics. As a former global HR director, Dana has witnessed the difficulties leaders and employees face in maintaining focus amid stressful work environments. She believes that the strengthening of human presence (attention) can bring transformational change in the workplace, benefitting both employees and organizations.
Jennifer Pulvermacher, MS, Owner|Consultant Mind-Groove, LLC is a creative business leader with over 25 years of experience as a management consultant. She specializes in business strategy, organizational change management and communication. Jennifer has worked with Fortune 500 and mid-market companies across a wide range of industries, facilitating major change efforts. Jennifer is also an experienced yoga instructor, teaching both private and group classes. She launched Mind-Groove to bring mindful leadership, self-awareness and compassion to the workplace.
