Description: Kimberly-Clark has led the corporate wellness charge for decades. During this session, you will learn how their wellness program was built and how they infuse well-being throughout their culture. Stephanie Pereira da Silva MS, CHES, graduated from the University of Wisconsin Stevens Point with a Bachelor of Science degree in Health Promotion & Wellness and minor in Nutrition. Stephanie graduated from the University of Wisconsin Stevens Point with Master of Science degree in Human & Community Resources and Nutrition. Stephanie is a Certified Health Education Specialist (CHES), Fitness & Nutrition Specialist (ACE), Corporate Athlete® Trainer (HPI), Smoking Cessation Facilitator (American Lung Association), Nutrition Counselor (APEX), Personal Trainer (NASM) and Wellness Council of Wisconsin Faculty Member (WELCOA).Stephanie has been with Kimberly-Clark Corporation for over eight years specializing in the development, coordination, administration and management of the health & wellness programming for employees in Neenah and across the globe. Through Stephanie’s work at Kimberly-Clark Corporation, she is a WELCOA Platinum Well Workplace recipient, National Business Group on Health Platinum Award winner, American Heart Association Fit Friendly Business Gold Award winner, Wisconsin Governor’s Gold Award and Bike Friendly Business Gold Award winner.
Amanda Natividad is Content Marketing Manager for Fitbit Wellness, the Fitbit offering dedicated to working with employers and strategic partners in the corporate wellness space. Leading content marketing strategy, she curates workplace health and wellness advice with the goal of helping HR and wellness leaders empower others at all fitness levels. In past lives, Amanda was a healthy snack marketer, a technology news journalist, and a Le Cordon Bleu-trained chef. Prior to joining Fitbit, she led communications and content strategy for subscription snack company NatureBox. Earlier, she served as 4Editorial Producer for digital media and technology news website Gigaom.
