Courage is the underlying attribute of the leaders and organizations that are boldly and admirably supporting the wellbeing of their workforce. To inspire and create action that will have widespread and sustainable impact on the wellbeing of our people, we must be courageous. Join us for the 30th Annual Employee Wellbeing Conference as we explore the possibilities of “what’s next” for employee wellbeing in Wisconsin. During this live, virtual, 2-day event, we will convene as a community of connected employers called to be curious, to challenge paradigms, to create action, and to cultivate possibility.

Your learning experience will be curated in four tracks defined by WCWI’s components of courage:

  1. Physical courage track will encourage you to step past your comfort zone to shift the narrative of wellbeing in somewhat risky yet rewarding ways and challenge you to explore the connection that resilience has to a culture of wellbeing.
  2. Creative courage track will set you up to have a mindset of curiosity to be imaginative, resourceful, and to think critically in the pursuit of uniting wellbeing as a strategic priority.
  3. Moral courage track will explore the importance of defending shared values where wellbeing holds deeper strategic worth within our organizations.
  4. Social courage track will prompt connection with your people through cultural sensitivity, diversity of thought and perspective, and leading with empathy and compassion to create safe and inclusive workplaces where all belong.

Join us for this inspiring 2-day learning and networking experience with four nationally-recognized keynotes and eight skill building sessions. This year, WCWI’s premier event is transformed into a unique and engaging virtual experience that will include a custom package of materials delivered to your doorstep, a 30-minute enrichment session to start your day off right, live chat discussions with attendees and exhibitors, WCWI members-only networking with speakers, and the opportunity to view archived sessions and content after the event.
