As a WCWI Student Member, you have the opportunity to apply to be a Student Volunteer at WCWI's 29th Annual Employee Wellbeing Conference. Our annual conference is the largest employee wellbeing conference in the Midwest and is attended by over 600 Wisconsin wellness practictioners and leaders.
Volunteers will actively interact and provide customer service to professionals from throughout the state, speakers, and sponsors. Volunteers will not have a problem proactively problem solving and taking initiative to find a WCWI staff member if the situation arises. In addition, we will need strong, responsible students who might be more comfortable with behind the scenes work and assisting WCWI staff with various tasks.
Students will help at the conference registration booths, the exhibit hall, Skill Building Session rooms; in addition to assisting WCWI staff with various tasks as needed throughout the day.
All volunteers will receive complimentary conference registration with breakfast/lunch provided. This is a full-day event and student volunteers are expected to dress and engage professionally. Selected volunteers will be required to complete phone interviews prior to WCWI's Annual Conference.
