People Analytics is quietly transforming how companies approach employee wellness.  The emerging data science approach to wellness is going beyond HRA data and is enabling companies to better integrate their wellness strategies into the broader workplace culture -- increasing accountability for change and emphasizing the evaluation of return on investment (ROI). Join us and learn how to collect meaningful data to evolve your wellness strategy.
 
Learning Objectives:
  • Learn what people analytics is and how it is being used to inform employee wellness strategy and ROI evaluation.
  • Identify key steps to take when getting started on your People Analytics journey.
  • Work through an employee wellness case study to learn how to get started applying people analytics concepts to your own work in wellness.
  • Start building a business case for enhancing employee wellness using a data-informed, people analytics framework.

Speaker Biographies: 

Steve Utech is the visionary and founder of illumyx, is an experienced leader in the areas of culture optimization, talent management, and organizational effectiveness. His desire to combine data-driven behavioral science, with a robust analytics platform led to the launch of illumyx, fulfilling his goal of giving companies a way to objectively measure and improve their workplace culture. Steve’s background in both the hard sciences and the art of family dynamics allows him to take a behavioral and systematic approach to organizational change and transformation. Steve holds a Master of Social Work from the University of Denver in Colorado. He has worked with Fortune 1000 organizations and executives in a variety of sectors to help them optimize their culture and achieve results.
 
Lisa Kogan-Praska is senior consulting executive who specializes in the areas of healthcare, wellness, and employee experience. Prior to joining illumyx, Lisa was the CEO of Catalpa Health, a regional mental health delivery system in Northeast Wisconsin that dramatically improved access to care for youth and families. Her experience leading rapid growth organizations has given her a solid foundation in culture optimization and crafting people-oriented experiences to foster commitment and high performance. Lisa is an exceptional communicator with a consultative approach in providing targeted and tactical solutions for her clients. Lisa holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from the University of Oklahoma and is a graduate of SILE (Social Innovation Leadership Experience).
