WCWI's Annual Conference

Enrichment Experience Sponsorship

In replacement of a traditional exhibitor experience, Enrichment Sponsors will create opportunities of enrichment and restoration for our conference attendees and WCWI network. As an Enrichment Sponsor, you will have the ability to choose between hosting an in-person experience the day of conference or a 30-minute virtual session launched sometime in October-December.

These enrichment sessions can be skill-based development sessions and/or a guided restorative experiences that will give attendees a chance to explore various topics related to personal wellbeing, leadership, and overall professional development. These experiences will drive connection and provide an opportunity for you to showcase your organization’s expertise and services.

How to register:

Step 1: Complete the Enrichment Sponsor registration form

Step 2: Complete the Enrichment Experience Application

Deadline to register and submit your application is Friday, August 27.

REGISTRATION IS CLOSED

Option 1: In-Person

• Opportunity to facilitate one (1) in-person Enrichment Experience, which takes place during four agenda breaks throughout the day of conference

• 1 Complimentary Conference Attendee

• 1 Complimentary Attendee to the WCWI Members-Only Celebration the evening prior

• One-page ad distributed on ballroom tables

• Logo on Conference Signage

• WCWI Conference Attendee List (includes email addresses)

• Direct Contact Listing Provided to Conference Attendees via booklet or other handout

• Feature in Conference Promotion

• Feature in Post-Conference Communications

Option 2: Virtual

• Opportunity to facilitate one, live virtual 30-Minute Enrichment Session in October-December

• 1 Complimentary Conference Attendee

• 1 Complimentary Attendee to the WCWI Members-Only Celebration the evening prior

• WCWI webpage which includes: organization logo, description of virtual session, direct contact listing, and registration

• WCWI Enrichment Session Attendee List (includes email addresses)

• Two promotions sent to WCWI’s network of 3,300+ wellness professionals and leaders

• Featured in WCWI’s follow-up email including your supporting resources and contact information

Option 3: Both

If your organization would like to host both a virtual and in-person experience, the sponsorship increases to $1,200 for WCWI Members.

Pricing

Please note that all Enrichment Sponsors are required to be a WCWI Member.

If you’re not a current member, you can join through this registration form by purchasing a one year WCWI membership with a discounted investment of $300, traditionally a $600 value. If you would like more team members to attend the WCWI Annual Conference, they will need register as a regular attendee.

WCWI Member: $800

(or $1,200 for Option 3)

Non-Member: $1,100

(Conference Enrichment Sponsorship + 1 yr WCWI Membership)

This convention was executed impeccably from start to finish!.So organized, extremely well attended, great networking event (both days), vendors with amazing products and information. Keynote speakers were OUTSTANDING!

Having been to two previous events for WCWI, this was the best. Communication was great, the facility was fantastic - which allowed for great dialogue in between sessions. There was a great flow between the main hall and outside - great set up.
