WCWI's Statewide Collaborations

The Wellness Council of Wisconsin's collaboration with Community Partners will greatly benefit our members and serve WCWI's mission to enhance the well-being of employees in Wisconsin.

By partnering with NAMI-Wisconsin, WCWI can integrate mental health awareness and support programs into workplace wellness initiatives. This collaboration will provide our members with resources, training, and support to create mentally healthy work environments, reduce stigma surrounding mental health, and foster employee well-being. By addressing mental health in the workplace, we contribute to improving overall employee wellness and productivity.

Working alongside MHA-Lakeshore allows us to extend our reach and impact to specific local communities in the Lakeshore region of Wisconsin. Together, we can develop tailored wellness programs and initiatives that address the unique mental health needs of this area. This collaboration empowers our members to engage with their local communities and implement strategies that promote mental health awareness, access to resources, and support for employees.

Partnering with the Wisconsin LGBT Chamber of Commerce underscores our commitment to diversity, inclusion, and equity in workplace wellness efforts. By collaborating with the LGBT Chamber, we aim to create safer, more inclusive work environments for LGBTQ+ employees across Wisconsin. Through this partnership, WCWI and the LGBT Chamber can develop policies, training, and resources that promote LGBTQ+ inclusivity, address discrimination and harassment, and support the mental and physical well-being of LGBTQ+ individuals in the workplace.

Overall, these collaborations align with WCWI's mission to improve the well-being of employees in Wisconsin by addressing various aspects of wellness, including physical, mental, and social health. By partnering with organizations that share our values and goals, we enhance our ability to support our members and create healthier workplaces across the state.
