Pre-Conference | Tuesday, October 11, 2022
Conference | Wednesday, October 12, 2022

Milwaukee Center for Performing Arts | Wisconsin Center District | Milwaukee, WI

Each Fall season, WCWI hosts the largest conference in the Midwest specific to employee wellbeing. We welcome hundreds of people leaders, wellbeing strategists, cutlure designers, and other wellness professionals to grow as leaders, strategists, and change-makers in employee wellbeing.

This event has been an approved annual provider for continuing education units for NWI, SHRM, and CHES.

WCWI’s four guiding principles hold us all accountable to create meaningful, impactful, and sustainable employee wellbeing strategies. The principles emphasize a mindset that positions the wellbeing of your people as the ultimate outcome and they form a frame for bold action. To be bold is to take risks, to be confident and brave, and to go beyond the usual limits of conventional action. As the future of work continues to unfold – infused with the complexities and experiences of the world around us – let’s boldly unite with these four principles and strengthen what tomorrow looks like for the wellbeing of our people, our organizations, and our communities.

Join us at WCWI’s 32nd Annual Employee Wellbeing Conference: Believe. Craft. Cherish. Act. for an inspiring learning and networking experience where you will build connections with your WCWI community, hear stimulating keynotes and session speakers, and share in imaginative ideas with mainstage “change the narrative” talks modeled after a TED talk-style experience.
