Adaptive Leadership: A Transformative, Collaborative Leadership Model for the 21st Century

October 12 | 10:00-11:00 AM

Adaptive Leadership “...is the practice of mobilizing people to tackle tough challenges and thrive.” Heifetz, Grashow and Linsky

The most successful leaders have the ability to respond to challenges and opportunities by building and inspiring collaborative teams to move their organizations forward. To support this, leaders must learn effective ways to adapt and mobilize in an increasingly complex world. Join Dr. Dean Stewart for an in-depth discussion of Adaptive Leadership; a transformative, collaborative model of leadership that embraces the concept of collective action towards achieving common goals.

Objectives:

  • Learn to more effectively engage and inspire your team
  • Identify and work through mental models that can stifle innovation and creativity;
  • Explore leadership behaviors that encourage and support organizational success and individual engagement
  • Understand the importance of integrity, responsibility, forgiveness and compassion in creating and sustaining a positive work culture
