What Is A Well Workplace?

A “Well Workplace” is an organization fully embracing its responsibility for maximizing the health and well-being of its employees. Driven by a pre-defined set of worksite wellness criteria, organizations of all kinds compete to be recognized as one of America’s Healthiest Companies. Submitting the Well Workplace Award application is the final step in the Well Workplace process of implementing the Seven Benchmarks of a results-oriented wellness program.

What Are The Award Levels?
Four designations of the Well Workplace Aware are possible to achieve - Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum.  Application criteria for each of these designations are based upon progressive development and implementation of an organization's wellness initiative within the context of seven critical benchmarks, shown to produce results in organizations of all sizes and industry types.  To learn more about the process visit, www.wellworkplaceawards.org/about/.
