Inclusions

In consideration of the needs of all of our exhibitors, floor displays will be allowed; however, the floor display may not exceed the width of the exhibit table. If your exhibit materials require more than the 8’ x 3’ space, exhibitor must register for two (2) exhibit spaces.
Additional Exhibit Fees
Exhibitors are responsible to pay for additional services such as electric and hardline internet. These services must be ordered in advance through the Wellness Council. Wi-fi internet access will be available at no charge.
Payment Confirmation
Wellness Council reviews and confirms all registrations for accuracy. Adjustments to credit card transactions will be processed within 60 days of original transaction as needed.
Exhibit Hours
Access to the exhibit hall will be available beginning at 5:30am on September 10, 2013. Exhibits must be completely set up by 7:00am when registration officially opens.
The day will include 2 ½ hours of dedicated exhibit times. The specific times will be included in the agenda to be announced soon, including the time for tear down of exhibits.
Exhibitors may attend keynote and breakout sessions but are not required to select breakout sessions in advance; exhibitors are encouraged to keep an attendant at their booth throughout the day but at minimum, during open exhibit times.
Exhibit Location
Exhibits will be located inside the ballroom and in the atriums outside the ballroom and meeting rooms where attendees will pass throughout the day between sessions. Final assignment of space will be made by the Wellness Council of Wisconsin. Wellness Council reserves the right to amend the floor plan and to assign or relocate space.
Exhibitor Entrance, Parking
Exhibitors may enter at the Kalahari Convention Center main entrance. Parking is available directly in front of the main entrance.
Exhibit Materials
The Business Center at the Kalahari may assist with shipment of any materials for this event. Please note, exhibitors are responsible for their own sign and all display materials. The Wellness Council is not able to accept shipment of any materials for this event.
Liability
The Exhibitor assumes the responsibility and liability for all losses, damages, and claims arising out of injury or damage to Exhibitor’s displays, equipment or other property brought upon the exhibition premises. Exhibitors agree to be in compliance with all federal, state, and local laws, ordinances, and regulations pertaining to fire prevention, electrical safety codes, and public safety. All booth decorations must be flame-proof and all hangings must clear the floor.
