Jenn Lim is the CEO and Chief Happiness Officer of Delivering Happiness, a company she and Tony Hsieh (CEO of Zappos) co-created to inspire happiness in work, community and everyday life. In 2005, she created the first Culture Book for Zappos – and has produced them ever since. In 2009, Zappos was sold to Amazon.com in a deal valued at $1.2 billion on the day of closing, and in 2011, Zappos was #6 on Fortune’s “100 Best Companies to Work For” list. The Culture Book has become a global symbol of how companies can successfully create cultures based on happiness and be profitable at the same time. Barbra, Director of Employer Services & Cardiopulmonary Rehab Services at Froedtert Health, has been involved in cardiac rehabilitation and secondary prevention for 25 years beginning as a staff clinical exercise physiologist at Community Memorial Hospital in Menomonee Falls, WI. In her current role, she can apply her clinical knowledge in primary and secondary prevention and population health management. Barbra received her bachelor’s degree in health and physical education from the University of Wisconsin Whitewater and obtained her master’s degree in adult fitness cardiac rehabilitation and clinical exercise physiology from the University of Wisconsin-Lacrosse. She holds certification as an ACSM Exercise Specialist and Registered Clinical Exercise Physiologist. Barb has been an active member of the American Association of Cardiovascular and Pulmonary Rehabilitation for twenty years, a fellow of the organization, and currently serves on the executive committee of the board of directors.

Sean Foy, an exercise physiologist, behavioral coach, and certified nutrition counselor, is president and founder of Personal Wellness Corporation, a California-based wellness consulting firm that provides health and fitness testing, education seminars, and comprehensive wellness plans to corporations, hospitals, and health facilities. Foy is also the co-creator of the award-winning children’s health and fitness program, LEAN KIDS. Among numerous citations, he has received the “Nike Go” Top National Health Education Program Award and the California Governor Health Educator of the Year Award. He lives with his family in Placentia, California.

Jessica Grossmeier, PhD, MPH, is vice president of research for StayWell Health Management. In this position, Grossmeier provides research consultation and oversees the design and implementation of studies for self-insured employers, managed care organizations, and other providers that examine population health processes and the medical and financial impact of wellness programs. Prior to her tenure at StayWell which began in 2001, Jessica served as a research assistant at the University of Minnesota, an online faculty member at University of Phoenix, and as a project specialist at Park Nicollet Healthsource. She has over 15 years of experience in worksite health promotion and program evaluation. Grossmeier received a Doctor of Philosophy degree in public health from Walden University, a Master of Public Health degree from the University of Minnesota and a Bachelor of Science in exercise science from the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire.

Dana entered the health care arena in 2004 where she helped build distributed web services networks that linked employers and providers to help cut costs, increase communication and streamline the Workers Compensation process. Dana went on to help develop corporate wellness strategy and marketing campaigns for a Chicago based corporate wellness firm before she joined the Quantum Health team in 2011. Dana is a Certified Nutrition and Wellness Consultant, Certified Group Fitness Instructor, as well as a Certified Worksite Wellness Specialist.

Kathryn Menard-Rothe is the wellness manager for Froedtert Health located in Milwaukee, WI. Kathy holds a master’s degree in clinical exercise physiology and a bachelor’s degree in health education and physical education both from the University of Wisconsin – La Crosse and is also a certified wellness coach. Kathy has 30 years of experience in both primary and secondary prevention programming in the healthcare setting. As wellness manager, she is responsible for wellness program development and implementation for 9,000 staff who work throughout Southeastern Wisconsin. Kathy is also a WELCOA Faculty member and a Fellow of the American Association of Cardiovascular and Pulmonary Rehabilitation.

Dr. Zastrow received his M.D. from the Medical College of Wisconsin in 1983. He completed his Family Practice residency at the University of South Carolina School of Medicine in 1986, and returned to Milwaukee where he worked in private practice with various divisions of Advanced Healthcare until February 2006 when he went to work for QuadMed. Serving in the role of Chief Medical Officer of QuadMed, Dr. Zastrow is responsible for clinical quality oversight, clinical process re-design including deployment of QuadMed’s health IT strategy, and provides medical direction for Quad/Graphics’ health plan. Dr. Zastrow shares his enthusiasm for, and experience with, Value-based Insurance Design with other corporate medical directors by serving on the executive board of directors of the Center for Health Value Innovation. A pioneer in early adoption of health IT, Dr. Zastrow drives QuadMed’s strategies involving IT-enabled Chronic Condition Management and telehealth. He teaches Healthcare Decision Support at the Milwaukee School of Engineering in the Master of Science in Medical Informatics graduate degree program.
